The company Doukissa Nomikou repairs its jewelry when and if it is feasible.

All jewelry sold on the online store www.doukissanomikou.com is covered by a 6-month warranty. Proof of purchase or invoice is considered as warranty. The warranty covers indicative issues such as discoloration, loosening of the clasp, and detachment of zirconia. It does not cover breakage, deformation, or problems that cannot occur solely in the jewelry.

A prerequisite for accepting jewelry for technical inspection, repair, or replacement is the presentation of one of the above purchase documents (warranty). The company Doukissa Nomikou has every legal right to refuse to accept a product for examination, repair, or replacement if the terms and conditions of our company are not met.

To send a piece of jewelry for repair within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receipt, the customer is not charged for shipping costs provided that the shipment is made through our cooperating courier company (ACS Courier) and if Cash on Delivery is selected.

After the 30 (thirty) days period, the cost of shipping the jewelry for repair as well as the cost of returning the repaired jewelry is borne by the customer, who can choose any courier company they prefer.

Alternatively, they can call our cooperating courier company (ACS Courier) and select Cash on Delivery so that they are charged for the shipment to us and the return of the repaired jewelry to them at a cost of €5.00. This amount must be paid as Cash on Delivery upon the return of the repaired jewelry.

Note that in case of detachment of a part or breakage, the customer must have and send us all parts of the jewelry.

The time required for the repair of a piece of jewelry is up to thirty (30) business days.

REPLACEMENTS

All our jewelry undergoes thorough and detailed quality control before being dispatched. However, if any defect is found upon receipt, the Company will arrange for a replacement.

Replacement of a product can only be made if the product was defective.

The replacement period in case of a defective product is set at seven (7) business days from the receipt of the product.

Our company provides a minimum repair charge in case any jewelry suffers damage not covered by the warranty.
