ORDERS 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, so the products in your shopping basket are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. The "Company" will maintain a record of your transactions for at least one year.

 

PRICING POLICY 

The prices displayed on the website are in Euros and include VAT at the current rate.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price that will apply to your order will be the price displayed on the website at the time your order is accepted.

Any product offers are valid until stock is exhausted.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you make your selection and your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

If you do not cancel your order, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and the "Company" will be concluded when we send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in cases such as, for example, if we are unable to receive payment authorization, if there are shipping restrictions for a specific product, if the ordered product is out of stock, or if you do not meet the terms of use outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

It is also at our discretion to refuse to process and, therefore, accept a transaction for any reason or to refuse the provision of our services to anyone at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any product from the website, whether or not the product has been sold, or for the removal or processing of any material or content on this website, or for our refusal to process a transaction or for the suspension of any transaction even after its processing has commenced.

 

BILLING - PAYMENT 

User billing can be done either with a retail receipt, deliverable upon goods delivery and receipt, or with an invoice if the user is a freelancer or a commercial business.

The user can choose to pay through a bank deposit or by credit/debit card or cash on delivery. In the case of a bank transfer, any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer, including the return of the product if necessary. When making a bank deposit, you should include your order number and your full name in the description. You must send us the deposit receipt within two (2) working days to the email: info@doukissanomikou.com to initiate the shipping of your order. Otherwise, it will be canceled immediately.

When choosing to pay by credit card, the corresponding amount will be charged to the user's card. We accept Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, and any other methods that may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time. In our e-shop, transactions are made with absolute security through the secure environment of Viva Wallet.

Payment will be charged and cleared from your account when your order is shipped by the "Company." You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have specific authorization from the cardholder to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to verification and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the card payment issuer refuses to authorize payment to the "Company," we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If you are a registered user on the "Store," we will securely store the details of your credit/debit card in our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and used only for processing transactions with cards that you have initiated.

Furthermore, we take measures, to the extent possible, to keep your order and payment details secure. However, unless there is negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any losses if a third party gains unauthorized access to any information you provide during your access or order on the website.

 

SECURITY AND DELIVERY

You will be the owner of the goods from the moment: (a) we receive full payment or (b) we deliver the goods to you.

The Company insures every purchase during transit until it is delivered to the designated delivery address. We require a signature for each delivered item. From the moment of the delivery signature, the responsibility for the goods you purchased is transferred to you. If you have designated a recipient different from yourself for delivery purposes (e.g., as a gift), then you accept that the signature from that person (or at the delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the contractual obligation on the part of the Company and the transfer of responsibility in the same way to you. The goods are under your responsibility from the moment we deliver them to the address you provided.

ACS Courier may deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page before completing your purchase. Please note that if we do not collect a signature, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that the Company can leave your package or packages outside the delivery address you provided without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery, and you assume full responsibility for any potential losses or damages that may occur. In some cases, ACS Courier may refuse to deliver your order if it deems the shipping address to be unsafe.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day within Attica, 1-2 business days to mainland destinations, 1-3 days to the islands, and 1-5 days to remote areas.

In addition to ACS Courier, you can also choose BOX NOW for parcel delivery.

Select BOX NOW at the checkout when placing your order, as well as the BOX NOW locker from the service points map. To collect your order from the automated collection machine (locker), use the 6-digit PIN code that you will receive via a text message on your mobile phone. Collection from the automated machines is available 24/7, and your parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours from the time of placement.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. In cases of extreme weather conditions or during sale periods, the delivery period may be delayed.

Cyprus 

Shipments from Greece to Cyprus are handled through ACS Cyprus Economy.

Tracking of shipments is available at all stages of transportation with electronic tracking (track & trace), and delivery is executed with delivery details and a signature.

For the sea transportation service (ACS Cyprus Economy), the delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 business days from the departure of the vessel to Cyprus. Departure is carried out once a week.

Please note that the cash-on-delivery service is not supported for shipments to Cyprus.

If delivery is delayed due to any event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you, and we will take measures to minimize the impact of the delay on you. Once we do this, we will not be responsible for the delays caused by the aforementioned event.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to return the products you purchase, without stating the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. In this case, you are only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

Please note that returns are accepted only if:

• You have contacted our Customer Service Department at 210-6232853 or send us an email at info@doukissanomikou.com.
• The product has not been further worn beyond testing.
• No modifications have been made to the product.
• All the accompanying items of the product are returned, such as the box, bag, and purchase receipt, as they are all part of the product.

In case the product is accompanied by a gift, it should be returned along with the product.

Shipments related to product exchanges are covered by our company's expenses, as long as the ACS company, with which we collaborate, is used, and as long as the exchanges of the same order do not exceed one time. In case the shipment is made through any other company, the shipping costs are solely your responsibility.

Shipments related to refunds can be made using any shipping company, and the shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the sender.

If you have received your order via BOX NOW, you can easily make your return by visiting the nearest Locker location and using the 10-digit order shipment number to open the locker. Then your package will be forwarded to us.

In case your order was shipped to a country outside Greece, then the return or exchange shipping costs are your responsibility.

All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us to allow for easy recognition and timely processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges and returns for perfumes and body creams.

The 'Company' bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage to the product during the return.

In case of product returns, your refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the products. To have your refund request accepted, you must have the purchase receipt. Additionally, the bank account you provide for the refund must have the same name as the one on which the order was placed.

Please note that in the case of discounted products, there is no option for a refund.

Alternatively, within the aforementioned withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery, the user is entitled to either replace any product of the order with another product in the same condition, or leave the amount as a credit balance for future purchases, if they do not wish to cancel the contract.

Furthermore, the "Company" is not responsible for any damages or defects to the products after their use, and is under no obligation to provide replacements in any case.

We have made every effort to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible in our 'Store.' However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of any color on your screen will be entirely accurate.

 

Recurring Returns
