If you wish, you can return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the receipt. However, please note that returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

1. Contact our Customer Service Department at 210-6232853 or send an email to info@doukissanomikou.com.
2. The product has not been worn beyond testing.
3. No modifications have been made to the product.
4. Return all accompanying items, such as the box, the bag, and the purchase receipt, as they are all part of the product.
5. If the product came with a gift, it must be returned along with the product.

For product exchanges, the company covers the shipping costs, as long as ACS Courier, the courier service we cooperate with, is used, and as long as the changes within the same order do not exceed 1 time. In case the shipment is made with any other courier company, the shipping costs burden the customer.

For monetary returns, shipments can be made with any courier service, and the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order was delivered to a country other than Greece, the shipping costs for exchanges or returns burden the customer.  

All returns must be requested before sending the products back to us to allow for easy identification and timely processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges and returns for fragrances and body creams.

In the case of a product return, you can either replace it with another product that is immediately available, credit the remaining amount to your account for a future purchase, or have the funds returned to your account within fourteen (14) days. To accept the request for a monetary return, the purchase receipt must be presented, and the beneficiary of the bank account provided to us must match the name on the order.

*Note: Products purchased during the sales period are not eligible for monetary returns. However, you can exchange them for any other product that is immediately available, or you can credit the remaining amount to your account for a future purchase.
