Return & Exchange Policy for Jewelry

If you wish, you may return the jewelry you purchased within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt.

Please note that returns are accepted only if:

• You contact our Customer Service Department at +30 210-6232853 or send an email to repair@doukissanomikou.com.
• The product has not been worn beyond an initial trial.
• No modifications or interventions have been made to the product.
• All accompanying items, such as the box, bag, and purchase receipt, are returned, as they are considered part of the product.
• If the product was accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned along with the product.

Product exchanges are shipped at our company’s expense, provided that the shipment is made using ACS Courier, our partnered courier service, and that the number of exchanges for the same order does not exceed one. If the shipment is made with any other courier service, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

For refunds, shipments can be made using any courier service, with the shipping costs covered by the customer.

If your order was shipped to a country outside Greece, the shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be covered by the customer.

All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us to ensure easy identification and timely processing. Unrecognized returns will be sent back to the sender.

If you return jewelry, you may either exchange any item from your order for another product, receive store credit for future purchases, or request a refund within fourteen (14) days. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the purchase receipt, and the bank account you designate must have the same name as the one used for the order.

*If you received your order via BOX NOW, you can easily return it by visiting the nearest Locker point and using your 10-digit shipping number to open the locker. Your package will then be forwarded to us.

Note: Products purchased during sales periods are not eligible for refunds. However, you may exchange them for any available product or receive store credit for a future purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy for Beauty Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products (such as perfumes, creams, or oils), unless the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt.
